Postpartum doula services: $35-$40 an hour: minimum 20-hour commitment.
As your postpartum doula, I strive to nurture the entire family during the transition to life with a newborn. I will nurture by:
- Information on infant care
- Support in breastfeeding or bottle feeding
- Assist with household organization and housework
- Support your physical and emotional healing
- Making meals
- Help with self-care
- Assist with sibling adjustment (if applicable)
- Optional: sitz baths, vaginal steaming
